Practices to Promote Wellbeing in an Alternative High School

This study examines school and classroom practices to promote student wellbeing and achievement in an alternative high school that serves traditionally underserved students who live on the edge of psychological and personal safety.  Data include observations, surveys, and interviews with school personnel and students. The project is now in the analysis phase.  Project Directors: Mary McCaslin and Heidi Legg Burross; Student Associates: Lauren Clough, Taylor Roloff, and Avery Mickens (now graduated).
